We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to support enterprise ERP initiatives focused on SAP S/4HANA and integrated business processes. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP modules to enhance operational efficiency and meet business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to analyze business processes, provide technical and functional expertise, and ensure seamless integration across systems. The consultant will also troubleshoot system issues, maintain documentation, and contribute to ERP-driven reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking capabilities. This is a primarily remote role with occasional travel as required. Required Skills

• Integration between SAP S/4 and Cobra
• Material Costing & Baseline Management
• Labor Tracking & Manufacturing Costing

Required Qualifications

• 6 9 years of experience in SAP (Advanced level)
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PP, PM, CO, FI)
• Experience with PMMO/GPD and manufacturing or supply chain domains
• Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and material categorization
• Experience in ERP integrations, especially SAP external systems (e.g., Cobra, Salesforce)
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, ETC (Estimate to Complete), and financial reporting

Additional Skills

• Experience in Earned Value Management systems and methodologies
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, routing, and production order costing
• Experience with labor tracking, performance simulation, and "what-if" analysis
• Understanding of repair, rework, scrap, and excess material tracking
• Ability to design dashboards and financial summary reporting (SRR)
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
