Transaction Coordinator (1099 Contractor)

Location: Remote (Must reside in Indiana)
Compensation: Paid per closed file; payments are issued after client payment is received

About the Role

Hoosier TC is seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage real estate transactions from contract to close with minimal oversight.

This role is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes full ownership of their files.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions from contract through closing
• Track deadlines, contingencies, and key milestones
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies
• Ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements
• Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction files
• Manage a high volume of transactions simultaneously

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-time Transaction Coordinator experience
• Strong understanding of Indiana real estate contracts and timelines
• Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently
• Experience with transaction platforms (Dotloop, DocuSign, Skyslope, etc.)
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
• Must reside in Indiana

• You are not comfortable contributing to business growth
• You are currently a licensed real estate agent
• You do not live in Indiana

Preferred

• Familiarity with Open to Close
• Experience with Indiana transactions
• Lead generation or business development experience
