We are looking for a **detail-oriented Photo Editor** who can efficiently edit real estate photos while maintaining consistent quality and fast turnaround times. The ideal candidate understands how to enhance property images to look bright, natural, and professional.
This role requires someone who can follow editing standards, stay organized, and work well within a production workflow.
* Proven experience in **photo editing**, preferably in **real estate photography**
* Strong proficiency in **Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop**
* Understanding of **real estate photo editing techniques**
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Ability to meet **tight deadlines and quick turnaround times**
* Good communication skills
* Reliable internet connection and computer capable of handling high-resolution images
* Ability to follow editing guidelines and maintain brand consistency
* Experience editing **luxury real estate photos**
* Experience with **batch editing workflows**
* Experience with **AI tools or automation workflows**
* Edit real estate photos according to company editing standards
* Perform **color correction, exposure adjustments, and perspective corrections**
* Execute **window pulls and sky replacements when needed**
* Ensure images look **bright, natural, and professionally polished**
* Deliver edited photos within required **turnaround times**
* Maintain organized file management
* Communicate with the team regarding revisions or special requests
* Follow feedback and continuously improve editing consistency
