Boundless Care Inc. is a trusted provider of high-quality caregiving services for both seniors and children—including infants. We’re currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and fun-loving part-time babysitters and infant caregivers to support families in the Palo Alto and nearby areas . Whether you’re a student, a parent, or someone looking for flexible and meaningful work, we’d love to meet you!

Position: Part-Time Babysitter / Infant Caregiver (Palo Alto and nearby areas).

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide nurturing, one-on-one care for children of all ages—from newborns to school-aged kids.
  • Care for infants: bottle-feeding, diaper changes, naptime supervision, and soothing.
  • Engage children with age-appropriate activities: tummy time, sensory play, reading, crafts, and games.
  • Follow parents’ care instructions and household routines.
  • Prepare meals or snacks, assist with feeding, and maintain a safe, clean play environment.
  • Help with light tidying up and ensuring common areas are neat after care.
  • Monitor developmental milestones and report observations to parents when needed.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous experience caring for infants and young children is required.
  • Experience with children with special needs is a strong plus.
  • Infant CPR and First Aid training (or willingness to complete).
  • Reliable, attentive, and warm personality.
  • Bilingual or multilingual a plus!
  • Able to legally work in the U.S. (Valid SSN).
  • TrustLine registered or willing to apply.
  • Valid TB test or willing to obtain.
  • Has own transportation or access to commute reliably.
