Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Order Selector proficient in operating a Crown Double Electric Pallet Jack. The successful candidate will be responsible for pulling orders to be loaded onto trailers for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown Double Electric Pallet Jack for efficient order selection.
• Pull and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems for order picking and tracking.
• Collaborate with shipping and general labor teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Proficiency in order picking and operating electric pallet jacks.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with SAE warehouse software is required.
• Familiarity with wrist-mounted screens, finger-mounted selectors, and waist-mounted label printers.

Work Environment

The role is based in a food distribution warehouse with rotations through dry, refrigerated, and freezer sections. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to ensure safety in all conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.

The pay range for this position is $21.20 - $24.20/hr.
