Job Description

Salary: $89,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in service delivery or management of IT operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in SLA management, incident management, and service reporting processes.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• PMI, ITIL, or comparable qualifications are advantageous.

• Oversee comprehensive service delivery for designated accounts, ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Guide, mentor, and coordinate teams of both technical and non-technical professionals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients concerning service-related inquiries and issues.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement ongoing improvement strategies.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to facilitate seamless project transitions and operational effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities in service delivery, proposing practical solutions.
