Delta by Marriott Utica is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor front desk associate to join our team in Utica, NY. This role combines guest service with accounting responsibilities to ensure a smooth and accurate close to each day. At this time the position is part time: two-three overnight shifts per week. Those interested in additional hours would have opportunity for more evenings working second shift Responsibilities

• Perform night audit procedures including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports.
• Night Audit desk shift is 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Check guests in and out in a friendly and efficient manner during overnight hours.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions, reservations, and billing adjustments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Assist with any other front desk duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred.
• Strong numerical and computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
